How do Buddy Walks work?

Buddy Walks are small groups of usually 2 to 3 dogs, out for 50 minutes. Dogs are matched carefully so everyone in the group actually enjoys each other's company.

How are dogs matched together?

By temperament, confidence, play style, personality and age where appropriate. New dogs are assessed and walked solo first, then introduced to suitable buddies.

Do you walk reactive dogs?

That depends. I'm always happy to arrange a Meet & Greet so I can get to know your dog and see whether my services are the right fit. For group walks, dogs need to have a good understanding of training and be comfortable walking with other dogs. I don't generally take on highly reactive dogs, but I'm very happy to work with shy, nervous or less confident dogs where I feel I can support them appropriately. Every dog is considered individually, and I'll always be honest if I feel a different type of service would suit them better.

Do you offer pet sitting?

How do I change or cancel a booking?

Bookings, amendments and cancellations can be managed through your Pet Sitter Plus Customer Portal, making it easy to keep your bookings up to date. For dog walking, please give at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel.

How do I pay?

Invoices are sent directly to you and payment can be made by bank transfer or cash. Booking and payment information is also available through your Customer Portal.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days and you do not need to be at home to sign for your order.

How should I store my treats?

Accepted Answer

Once you have opened any of your treats or foods, use the resealable bag they come in to help keep them fresh and long lasting. Store treats and foods in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If the resealable bag becomes damaged, transfer the treats to an airtight plastic or glass container. We would not recommend storing them in tins.
